Shortage -
Damaged Goods
If an item reaches
you in a damaged condition, notify the carrier and us at once.
Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless
you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so
that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for
damaged goods or shortages must be made within ten days of
invoice date.
Return
Policy/Procedure
Call for Return
Goods Authorization Number (RGA #). No returned merchandise
will be accepted without a valid reason - and only with our
prior authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of
merchandise, a credit will be applied to your credit card. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied to any returns unless YORK
is at fault. |
